What to do in case of claim:
Even a minor fender bender can be an emotional experience. We will get you back on track with our quick and easy claims process.
Immediately after an accident take the following steps:
- Remain calm. Do not argue.
- Make sure everyone is OK - call for medical assistance if necessary.
- In case of serious injury or death contact the police. By reporting the accident to the police and filing a report, you will help protect yourself from potential liability claims and legal action.
- Exchange the following information with involved parties: (in some areas, police officers at the scene may restrict contact between parties)
- Name
- Addresses
- Car Plate and License numbers
- Insurance company information
- Note weather and road conditions.
- Record the names and telephone numbers of any witnesses.
- Contact one of the adopted FCR Motor Claim Experts which names are listed and enclosed with your FCR Insurance Policy.
- Immediately report the accident to FCR insurance Group, you can do it rather online, or by passing to the company’s offices.
- Complete your file with the following documents:
- The Motor Claims Expert report
- A written accident declaration
- A copy of your Identification
- A copy of your driving license
- A copy of the car license
- In case of all risk policy, a damages and loss report acquired from the adopted garages by FCR.
To cash a claim, file should be completed with the following documents:
- Motor Claims Expert report
- Declaration report from the insured
- Damage and loss report acquired by the adopted garages by FCR
- Official Bills of repair
N.B.: To follow up your claim file, always refer to the claim by the file number given to you by your Claims offices at FCR.
